The HACC set bail for Fistal’s "right hand"
The HACC set bail for Fistal’s "right hand"

The HACC decided not to arrest and released on bail in the amount of 50 million UAH a representative of a private company, Oksana Chulup (until the end of 2023, she was the owner of LLC "X Med"). The investigation considers her the "right hand" of the entrepreneur Herman Fistal.

The suspect is obliged to: appear upon first request; not leave the boundaries of Kyiv without permission; report any change of residence (both permanent and temporary) and job; refrain from communicating with persons specified in the investigative judge’s ruling; not visit premises specified in the investigative judge’s ruling; surrender her foreign passports for safekeeping, and wear an electronic bracelet.
