The main supplier of the army Lapshyn is connected with Hrynkevych’s business

In 2024, the state enterprise "DOT" recorded 4,293 complaints about the inadequate quality of food products for the military.

The majority of complaints were related to LLC "Busk Canning Plant" (BCP) — a company that was recently a key subcontractor in the food supply chain from Hrynkevych’s business group.

As it turned out, the ultimate beneficiary of BCP, Oleksandr Lapshyn, received two apartments as collateral for a loan from Hrynkevych’s wife — allegedly in repayment of a debt.

Despite numerous complaints, "Busk Canning Plant" continues to win tenders: in the latest procurements alone, the company secured two lots with a total value of over 3 billion UAH, even having the highest price offer (112–118 UAH).

In total, the enterprise won tenders from DOT worth 6.6 billion UAH over the year, and received an additional 1.4 billion from direct contracts.

The editorial board calls on servicemen to send photos of poor-quality food from BCP to document violations.
