Russian attack on Kyiv: 6 injured and one dead reported

Russia carried out another massive attack on Ukraine, launching "Shahed" drones and missiles at peaceful cities. During the night and morning of July 21, explosions were heard in particular in Kharkiv, Kyiv, and Ivano-Frankivsk.

As reported by Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klychko, the entrance to the "Lukyanivska" metro station was damaged due to the shelling. Currently, the station is not operational, and trains are passing through without stopping.

Additionally, a fire was recorded in a residential building and smoke on open grounds in the Shevchenkivskyi district.

In total, damage has been recorded in six districts in Kyiv. Fires in kiosks, a kindergarten, warehouses, and non-residential buildings have been recorded. As of now, there are reports of 6 injured and one fatality. According to the police, a man died in the Solomianskyi district, and five people were injured in the Darnytskyi district, including a 15-year-old girl, with one more person injured in the Shevchenkivskyi district.
