Zelenskyy approved the composition of the delegation for the third round of negotiations with the RF

This became known from the relevant decree of the President.

Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council (NSDC) Rustem Umerov will head the delegation.

The negotiating team will also include:

• Oleksandr  Bevz — advisor to the head of the President’s Office (PO);
• Oleksandr Dyakov — Deputy Chief of Staff of the Naval Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU);
• Serhiy Kyslytsya — First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine;
• Yuriy Kovbasa — Representative of the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights in the system of security and defence sector bodies;
• Heorhiy Kuzmychov — Protocol Officer of the Office of the Chief of the General Staff of the AFU;
• Oleh Luhovskyi — First Deputy Head of the Foreign Intelligence Service (FIS);
• Yevhen Ostryanskyi — Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the AFU;
• Oleksandr Poklad — Deputy Head of the Security Service of Ukraine;
• Vadym Skibitskyi — Deputy Chief of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defence;
• Andriy Fomin — Head of the International Law Department — Deputy Head of the Directorate of International and Operational Law of the Central Legal Directorate of the General Staff;
• Oleksiy Shevchenko — Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the AFU;
• Oleksandr Sherikhov — Senior Officer of the Main Operations Directorate of the General Staff of the AFU;
• Yevhen Shynkaryov — Deputy Chief of Staff of the Air Force Command of the AFU.
