The suspected organizer Mindich has had his obligations extended in the Kharkivoblenergo case

The High Anti-Corruption Court has extended the duration of the obligations imposed on the suspect Leonid Mindich until September 30.

NABU and SAPO suspect him of organizing the misappropriation of funds from JSC «Kharkivoblenergo».

This decision was made by the HACC on July 30.

It is known that the anti-corruption court arrested Mindich with the alternative of bail set at 8 million UAH. The funds were paid, and he was released from custody. The suspect is obligated to: appear upon first request; not leave the Kyiv region without permission; report any change of residence and/or workplace; refrain from communicating with certain individuals regarding the circumstances of this criminal proceeding; surrender foreign passports for safekeeping; wear an electronic bracelet. The prosecutor of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office requested the extension of these obligations.

«Partially grant the motion. Extend until September 30, 2025, inclusive, the duration of the obligations imposed on the suspect (Mindich – ed.)», – states the decision.
