The Cabinet of Ministers has announced "e-TRC" and other digital innovations for the army

The Cabinet of Ministers has presented an updated action plan for 2025-2026. One of the planned steps — the introduction of a special regime for the export of weapons and the launch of the electronic system «e-TRC».

According to the program of the Government, the system is expected to integrate with «Reserve+» and reduce the workload on TRCs by 15% monthly.

By the end of the year, the Ministry of Defence also plans to create electronic cabinets for enterprises, where records of conscripts, military personnel, and reservists will be maintained.

Among other plans:

• By December 2025, launch a test mode of electronic accounting for military personnel in selected units. This should ensure automated personnel record-keeping.
• Digitization of MMC: scaling the medical information system to the level of pilot brigades so that their military personnel can receive services in electronic format.
• Additional features in «Army+»: services for ordering supplies, obtaining three documents online, a notification center, and four additional services in the «Pluses» section.
