"Posed a threat to public safety": Poland deported 15 Ukrainian citizens

Fifteen Ukrainians were forcibly expelled from Poland. According to the border service, all of them allegedly posed a threat to public order.

This is reported by RMF24.

The publication notes that fifteen Ukrainian citizens were deported from Poland. The border guards forcibly delivered them to the border and handed them over to the Ukrainian side.

According to the Polish Border Guard, the expelled Ukrainians had been repeatedly convicted of theft, robbery, or driving under the influence of alcohol and posed a danger to public safety and order in Poland.

The basis for the decision on the forced return of the foreigners was primarily Article 302, point 1, point 9 of the Act on Foreigners dated December 12, 2013, namely considerations of national defence or security, or the protection of public safety and order, or the interests of the Republic of Poland.

It is worth noting that the data of the expelled Ukrainians were included in the list of persons undesirable for staying on Polish territory.

It should be noted that this is not the first case of deportation of Ukrainians from Poland. For example, last year, a Ukrainian blogger was deported from Poland after making statements about living in Moscow and scandalous videos.
