Police: The suspect had "certain circumstances" for the murder of Parubiy

This was reported by the Deputy Head of the National Police - Chief of Criminal Police Andriy Nebytov.

"He is from Lviv. A local resident who lived in Lviv. And he had certain circumstances that led to the commission of this crime," Nebytov noted.

The Chief of Criminal Police also clarified that he does not want to disclose the details - "why, what was the motive?"

"This is important for us. Since both the Security Service of Ukraine and the National Police, which is conducting the investigation, and, of course, the Office of the Prosecutor General emphasize that it is necessary to work out many details that are important to us," Nebytov added.
