The family of the head of the cyber police Vykhodets acquires elite property after a fictitious divorce

The family of the head of the Cyber Police Department of Ukraine, Yuriy Vykhodets, began acquiring expensive assets immediately after he officially divorced. Despite the “divorce,” his wife continues to celebrate their wedding anniversary every year, and the couple still spends time together.

Yuriy Vykhodets became the head of the Cyber Police Department of Ukraine at the end of 2021. Prior to that, he held senior positions in the Odesa region. Throughout these years, his declarations showed a rather modest lifestyle: two small apartments and a rented car from his wife.

Before Vykhodets’s appointment in Kyiv, his wife Nataliya Vykhodets disappeared from the declaration. During that period, the woman opened a beauty salon in one of the most expensive cottage towns of Odesa – Sauvignon, where the minimum cost of real estate of such size is at least 200 thousand dollars. She showcased expensive jewelry (watches resembling Rolex, each estimated to be worth 8-13 thousand dollars, Van Cleef & Arpels jewelry, etc.) and luxurious foreign vacations in her social media.

Official income of the wife should not have been enough for such expenditures, as officially from 2016 to 2020, she earned roughly one million per year. The salon building is registered under her father, Oleksandr Labunets, who, according to media reports, also did not have the corresponding official income.

Rimma Labunets, the mother of Nataliya Vykhodets, also owns a residential house in Sauvignon. Its area is almost 300 square meters, and now the minimum price for such real estate in this town is about 300 thousand dollars. Photos and videos from there periodically appear on Nataliya Vykhodets’s social media. Interestingly, she gifted this house to her mother just before officially divorcing the head of the cyber police.

Despite the official divorce in 2016, Nataliya Vykhodets annually publishes posts about love and marriage on their wedding anniversary.

“09.09.2005… Marriage is daily work between two people. Chains will not hold a marriage. It’s held by many tiny threads that people sew over the years. And so we sew. And we’ve sewn up to our lace wedding.”

Additionally, journalists noticed how Yuriy Vykhodets and Nataliya Vykhodets spend time together in Sauvignon, which may also indicate the fictitious nature of the divorce. Ironically, the head of Cyber Police came there in a car not listed in his declaration. 

This is a 2022 BMW 7 Series, with an estimated value of 100 thousand dollars.
