The Cabinet of Ministers introduces electronic divorce through the "Diya" portal
In the Government Action Program for 2025, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers and submitted for parliamentary review, the digitalization of civil status registration and notarial processes is planned.
Specifically, this includes services in the field of state registration of civil status acts and the performance of notarial actions as a result of the introduction of the Unified State Electronic System "e-Notary".

Criteria for achievement by 2025:

by December 31, regulatory and legal acts are adopted to ensure the possibility of submitting an application for verification of information about an individual and the electronic display of civil status records through the "Diya" portal;

by November 30, a draft law is submitted to the Verkhovna Rada on improving the procedure for providing services in the field of state registration of civil status acts, expanding the possibilities of providing such services through the "Diya" portal;

by December 31, a service for state registration of marriage dissolution in electronic form is introduced using the mobile application of the "Diya" portal;

by December 31, the functioning of the Unified State Electronic System e-Notary and its component systems is ensured;

by December 31, a Cybersecurity Department is established within the structure of the State Enterprise "National Information Systems" and technologies for building cybersecurity processes are implemented.
