Former Party of Regions member Shatvoryan returned to Ukraine and is assisting the criminal authority Manukyan

«Regional» Vilen Shatvoryan has already returned to Ukraine. He is assisting the criminal authority Volodymyr Manukyan in restoring his influence.

Shatvoryan has already arrived in Kyiv and has begun active negotiations regarding Manukyan. The latter has long positioned himself as an honorable businessman and philanthropist, but behind this public image hides a criminal authority known as «Mantus», who is connected with terrorist financing, trade with the «DPR», money laundering of Russian funds, threats, and raiding.

He is the successor of the criminal authority Armen Sarkisyan (also known as «Horlivskyi»), who died in February this year in Moscow as a result of an explosion in a residential building.

In 2014, they were involved in organizing groups of «titushky» to attack participants of the Euromaidan in Kyiv and other cities of Ukraine.

«Mantus» and «Horlivskyi» controlled illegal coal mining in Donetsk region, and after the full-scale invasion engaged in trading Ukrainian prisoners of war and raiding businesses of Ukrainians in occupied territories.

Currently, Manukyan is in the UAE and plans to return to Ukraine to manage his affairs «on the ground», as well as to create a new criminal structure in our country. In this, he will be assisted by another representative of Yanukovych’s government - Vilen Shatvoryan.

Shatvoryan is a former deputy from the «Party of Regions» and a long-time head of the Union of Armenians of Ukraine. He had close ties with Oleksandr Yanukovych - the son of the fugitive president, and Shatvoryan’s father has been acquainted with Viktor Yanukovych since 1988.

During Yanukovych’s presidency, Shatvoryan was the «supervisor» at «Ukrzaliznytsia» and regained this status in 2017, immediately organizing cargo theft in the Odesa direction.

Vilen Shatvoryan is the organizer of the dispersion of the Euromaidan in Donetsk. It was he who sent «titushky» there and financed militants of the «DPR» and «LPR». Additionally, he was one of the sponsors of the banned propaganda TV channel «NASH» owned by Yevhen Murayev.

After the full-scale invasion, Vilen Shatvoryan also resided in the UAE, but recently returned to Ukraine and is currently in Kyiv. Now he is trying to help «Mantus» return to Ukraine unhindered and create a new organized crime group here, in which he plans to take on a «position».

And if Manukyan and Shatvoryan succeed in creating a new criminal syndicate, it will become a new stronghold of the «Russian world» in Ukraine.
