Situation on the front: AFU repelled over 100 attacks by Russian occupiers

Since the beginning of the day, 123 combat engagements have occurred on the front line. Russia launched 46 airstrikes, dropping 85 guided aerial bombs. It also used 2,480 kamikaze drones for attacks and conducted 3,636 shellings of populated areas and our troops’ positions.

This was reported in the evening summary of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

In the North-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions, Ukrainian defenders repelled six enemy attacks. The enemy carried out 12 airstrikes, dropped 31 guided aerial bombs, and conducted 143 shellings, including 11 with multiple launch rocket systems.

In the South-Slobozhanskyi direction, Ukrainian units held back ten enemy attacks near the settlements of Vovchansk, Tykhe, and towards Odradne.

In the Kupyansk direction, our soldiers repelled six enemy attacks in the areas of Stepova Novoselivka, Nova Kruhlyakivka, and Kupyansk.

In the Lyman direction, Ukrainian soldiers stopped 12 assault actions by the invaders near the settlements of Hrekivka, Novomykhailivka, Shandryholove, Kolodyazi, Torske, and Novoselivka. Five more combat engagements are still ongoing.

In the Siversk direction, the enemy is attempting to advance in the area of Serebrianka, where a battle is currently underway.

In the Kramatorsk direction, our defenders repelled three attempts by the invaders to advance towards Stupochky and Novomarkove.

In the Toretsk direction, the occupiers stormed the positions of our defenders nine times today in the areas of Pleshchiivka, Rusyn Yar, Poltavka, and Toretsk. The Defence Forces are steadfastly holding their ground and have repelled all enemy attacks.

Throughout the day in the Pokrovsk direction, the enemy conducted 34 offensive actions. The activity of Russian occupiers was recorded near the settlements of Pankivka, Nikanorivka, Novoekonomichne, Chervonyi Lyman, Promin, Chunyshyne, Zvirove, Udachne, Kotlyne, and Dachne. Three combat engagements are still ongoing.

Today in this direction, according to preliminary data, 167 occupiers were neutralized, of which 98 were irrecoverable losses. Additionally, Ukrainian soldiers destroyed 23 unmanned aerial vehicles and a vehicle of the occupiers. Ukrainian troops also struck four artillery systems, five units of automotive equipment, three UAV control points, and nine shelters for personnel.

In the Novopavlivka direction, Ukrainian units repelled 13 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Filiia, Zelenyi Hai, Piddubne, Maliivka, Sichneve, Komyshuvakha, Vorone, Novomykolaivka, and Zaporizke. Two combat engagements are still ongoing.

In the Hulyaipole direction, Ukrainian soldiers repelled two enemy attacks near Olhivske.

In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy attempted to advance on the positions of our units six times in the area of Kamianka and towards Mala Tokmachka and Novodanylivka; two combat engagements are still ongoing.

In the Prydniprovskyi direction, no combat engagements have been recorded at this time.

"Today, we should highlight the soldiers of the 34th Separate Coastal Defense Brigade, who are effectively destroying the enemy," the General Staff noted.
