Night strike on Vinnytsia region: critical infrastructure and a residential building damaged
Last night, on September 27, the Russians launched a massive attack on the Vinnytsia region. The enemy struck critical infrastructure and damaged houses.
This was reported in Telegram by the first deputy head of the Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration, Nataliya Zabolotna.
"As a result of the massive enemy attack last night in Vinnytsia, there was a hit on critical infrastructure," the report states.
Additionally, due to the enemy shelling, a residential building was damaged, specifically the window glazing and the roof. There was no information about casualties or injuries.
Zabolotna also reported that there was a fire.
"As of 06:30, the fire has been extinguished. Train movement has been restored," she wrote.
Currently, one residential building remains without power supply. Restoration work is ongoing.
"A total of 48 personnel and 13 units of equipment were involved in eliminating the consequences. I thank the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Vinnytsia region, and other services for their professional work," concluded the deputy head of the regional military administration.
