Due to the outflow of the workforce, Ukrainian companies have started attracting labor migrants from India and Bangladesh.

This is reported by BBC Ukraine.

According to the publication, some enterprises have been hiring workers from abroad for some time now, although this process remains complex.

"We expect this flow. It will not become massive, but it has already started. Foreigners most frequently hired are workers from India and Bangladesh. These include laborers, logistics specialists, drivers, and welders. Changes in the employment procedure for foreigners are necessary to make it simpler. Currently, it takes an average of about six months and requires significant financial investments from the employer," said Dmytro Dehtyar, co-founder of the HRD-club company.
