He noted that it is still unknown how the change in weather will affect the tactics of enemy troops. According to him, the Russians are beginning to regroup their forces and means of attack.

"The enemy is deploying personnel from assault groups to forward positions, who will conduct offensives in a new way. The most large-scale regrouping is currently taking place in the Prydniprovskyi and Kherson directions," Voloshyn said.

The spokesperson of the Southern Defence Forces added that in these directions, the occupiers are attempting to carry out rotations on several islands at observation posts.

"To cover their actions, they are using imitation smokes. Therefore, the enemy is also preparing to conduct combat operations when conditions change and all the leaves fall. Of course, this is the time at the front to prepare for further combat actions," Voloshyn emphasized.
