At the Zaporizhzhya NPP, external power supply was restored after a month of disconnection

External power supply was restored at the Zaporizhzhya Nuclear Power Plant after a month of disconnection.

This was announced by the Minister of Energy Hrynchuk.

After completing the repair of the 750 kV "Dniprovska" line, the repair of the 330 kV "Ferrosplavna" line is ongoing.

Recall, on September 23, power transmission lines were damaged, causing the Zaporizhzhya Nuclear Power Plant to be cut off from external power supply and switch to diesel generator power, which posed safety risks for the plant’s operation.
