Logistics under attack: Russian FPV drones disrupt supply chains in the Pokrovsk agglomeration
Russian troops continue to increase their presence in Pokrovsk — there are already "several hundred" Russians in the city.
This was reported by DeepState.
In the southern part of Pokrovsk, FPV drone operators have already appeared, striking Ukrainian logistics and Armed Forces positions. Logistics in the direction of Myrnohrad and the entire urban agglomeration have already been disrupted.
Infantry units infiltrating the city operate as sabotage and reconnaissance groups (SRG) — "they often set up ambushes on any movements, mine roads, engage in skirmishes with rear units (EW, ECM, drone operators, artillery, mortars, etc.), seek routes for covert infiltration, and analyze the situation within the city itself."
The offensive on Pokrovsk began in August when Russian forces, despite significant losses, managed to bring the first dozens of fighters into the city, taking advantage of a shortage of personnel in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Later, a vulnerable spot in Ukrainian defences was identified — the areas of Zverevo, Shevchenko, and a section along the railway from Kotlyne to Pokrovsk, "in addition, for some time, Russians were aided by disinformation from certain brigade commanders defending the southern part of Pokrovsk."
After that, the infiltration process began to gain momentum, and now "the situation is close to critical and continues to deteriorate." DeepState calls for a full-fledged brigade to be sent to the city, as small groups of special forces "will not be able to cope on their own."
