According to Mykola Hrabyk, he cannot comment on whether the court’s decision was politically motivated. However, in his opinion, there is no evidence of Kudrytskyi’s guilt in the case materials.

"Does this have a political background? At the moment, I cannot say, as I have not seen the full text of the ruling, which requires analysis. We plan to file an appeal against the decision of the first instance court. We will address this issue in the Kyiv Appellate Court," - replied lawyer Mykola Hrabyk to a media correspondent’s question.
