The BES exposed a large network of underground BOSS casinos in Kyiv, Dnipro, and Odesa

The Bureau of Economic Security of Ukraine has uncovered the activity of an illegal network of gambling establishments under the conditional name BOSS, which operated without licenses in Kyiv, the region, Dnipro, and Odesa.

This is reported with reference to the materials of a criminal proceeding opened under Part 2 of Article 203-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (illegal activity in the field of organizing gambling).

The investigation established that an organized group of individuals had created an extensive network of gambling clubs since 2020, which provided access to gambling through the Internet without an official license and certified equipment, not connected to the state online monitoring system.

Legal entities that are part of the BOSS group of companies were involved in the operation of the network. Among them are:

• LLC "Time to Site"
• LLC "BGG Technologies Ukraine"
• LLC "BMG Investments"
• LLC "BP Management"
• LLC "BS Legal Group"
• LLC "Winboss"
• LLC "Ginnex Ukraine"
• LLC "Allbet"
• LLC "Smorodyna"
• LLC "FC Bee.Money"

Offices for administration and support of casino operations were set up on the 5th and 6th floors of the building at the address: Kyiv, Beresteiskyi Avenue, 121-D. IT specialists worked here, ensuring the operation of both online and land-based gambling services.

The building belongs to LLC "Edelveis-Stanislav", and part of the premises is leased by LLC "Aretail". A financial investigation is currently underway, including the analysis of cash flows that may have been laundered criminally. Law enforcement is deciding on the seizure of property belonging to the involved individuals and companies.
