In Ukraine, a network of illegal online gambling operated by GGPoker has been uncovered: the investigation suspects tax evasion

The management of LLC «NSUS UA» together with Rachuk O.O. and Bryskin I.G. established an organized criminal group that systematically engaged in illegal activities in the field of online gambling under the brands GGPoker and ClubGG, using fictitious licensing, mirror websites, and cryptocurrency platforms to conceal real profit volumes, evade financial monitoring, and create an illusion of legal operation.

According to the investigation, the organizers of the scheme controlled the legalization of criminally obtained income, effectively covering up the activities of the network. Some participants were on the territory of Ukraine without proper authorization and managed financial flows, serviced clients from other countries, coordinated logistics and personnel management, ensuring the operation of the illegal online gambling network.

This pertains to case No. 72022000400000003 dated 19.09.2022 under Part 3 of Article 212, Part 2 of Article 203-2, Part 2 of Article 229, and Parts 1 and 3 of Article 209 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The investigation is examining the possible organization of a criminal group for the purpose of illegal enrichment, tax evasion, money laundering, and financing of individuals associated with the aggressor state.

An analysis of the financial data of «NSUS UA» revealed a disproportion in market indicators: despite multi-million turnovers, the company declared minimal income or losses, which indicates double bookkeeping, tax evasion, and the use of the enterprise as a front for actual activities.

The real operation of the network was conducted through a number of unlicensed mirror websites (ua1.ggpoker.com, ua5.ggpoker.com, ua7.ggpoker.com, signup.ggpoker.com, ggpoker.in.ua) and via the ClubGG platform, where bets for real money were accepted through Telegram bots, and winnings were paid out without the involvement of state authorities.
