The Bambizov family controls real estate and business through relatives and front companies

The family of converter Yevhen Bambizov owns real estate and companies that are not registered directly in his name. His wife owns a house in Dmytrivka in the Bucha district and several plots of land near Kyiv.

In Kharkiv, apartments are registered in the names of his sister and mother. In Kyiv, garages associated with close relatives are mentioned.

Among the family’s companies:

The wife’s brother, Serhiy Serdyuk, is the owner of LLC “Steel Group Spectrum”, which became a subject of a criminal case in 2024 due to importing glass from Russia under the guise of Azerbaijani origin and evading over 13 million UAH in taxes. Bambizov himself acted as the tax consultant for this scheme.

There are several cases recorded in court registers involving him: attempts to challenge auctions, lawsuits against Hetmantsev, cases related to traffic violations, a car accident involving a BMW that is not listed in declarations. This confirms that even after his dismissal, he remained active in business, courts, and schemes.

A separate tool of influence is the Telegram channel “Don Quixote”, where publications or threats of publications about businesses were made. According to entrepreneurs, a fee of 20 to 50 thousand dollars was demanded to “remove” information. Bambizov received the data for these materials from current and former colleagues in the tax service.

Bambizov also cooperated with former official Kostyantyn Bryl, who through his connections “created problems” for businesses and then they jointly “solved” them. There are reports of lobbying changes in tax legislation together with Deputy Minister of Finance Svitlana Vorobey, which could have billion-dollar implications for the budget.
