According to the man, the ticket booking process in the "Ukrzaliznytsia" app lasts for 10 minutes, and loading information takes 1 minute.

"Good day. Please tell me why it is impossible to buy tickets for the Kyiv-Pasazhyrskyi-Peremyshl train through the app? Ticket booking takes 10 minutes, and loading information takes 1 minute. And this is not an internet speed problem. Thank you," the man wrote.

"Ukrzaliznytsia" responded to the man’s comment, noting that at 08:00, tickets become available simultaneously in all sales channels. At this moment, thousands of passengers enter the system simultaneously, constantly refreshing the page to be the first to succeed. The load is large, and the competition is high. The number of tickets is physically limited, and there are many more people interested.

"The software system does not give anyone a preference - everything is determined by the speed of clicks. If at the moment the app stabilizes, there are no tickets available, we advise using the automatic ticket purchase feature, which can be activated after account verification through ’Diya’. This will allow the system to automatically purchase a ticket as soon as it becomes available. We are constantly working on optimizing the system, but a significant factor remains the high demand in the summer season and the limited infrastructure resources of the railway during martial law," reported "Ukrzaliznytsia".
